Important service disclosures
Version 1.2 · Last updated: September 14, 2026
1. Nature of the service
Confluir is an educational and professional-community platform for compliance (BSA/AML), fraud prevention, audit, and risk, focused on learning U.S. regulation for the Spanish-speaking market.
All content — AI agents, courses, cases, the policy generator, and officer consultations — is general guidance for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and using it does not create an attorney–client or any professional–client relationship.
Confluir is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional, the advice of your own attorney or compliance officer, your institution's internal policy, or any applicable regulatory obligations (e.g., SAR/CTR filings or internal escalation). Always verify information against primary sources before acting.
2. What the service includes
Chat with six specialized AI agents: Brújula (general compliance guidance) and TraductorReg (technical EN↔ES translation of financial regulation) on all plans; RegBot (BSA/AML, OFAC, FATF, USA PATRIOT Act regulation), FraudCheck (fraud detection, investigation, and prevention), and FindingsWriter (formal findings drafting) starting on the Pro plan; and ExamSim (regulatory exam simulator and certification coach) on Premium.
Trainings and Academy: courses, structured learning paths, and completion certificates with a unique code verifiable via public URL. Downloadable resources (templates, checklists): some are included with membership and others are sold separately as a one-time purchase, at the price shown on their page. Policy Generator (Premium): exportable base drafts of AML, KYC, anti-fraud, and related policies based on your institution's parameters. Library of anonymized money-laundering, PEP, and fraud cases contributed by the professional community (Premium).
Consultations with real compliance officers: anonymized peer-to-peer guidance, available as a one-time payment per consultation. Professional community: opt-in member directory, topic forums and channels, direct messages, and an events calendar (see section 8).
For institutions we also offer B2B services outside the individual subscription — policy and procedure reviews and risk assessments — quoted case by case according to scope; contact us for specific terms.
Available features depend on your plan and may change.
3. Scope of officer consultations
Compliance-officer consultations provide general guidance based solely on the information you provide. Responsibility for your institution's compliance program — including its policies, risk decisions, and regulatory filings — remains with your institution and its designated officer.
Consultations are not a substitute for the institution's own compliance program, its designated BSA officer, or the independent audits and examinations required by regulation.
Do not include personally identifiable information about your customers (names, account or ID numbers) in consultations. Present cases anonymously.
A consultation can also be used to ask how to adapt a purchased template or resource to your institution. The officer guides you; they do not edit, review, or approve the document.
4. Nature of AI and no guarantee of outcomes
Agent responses are generated by artificial-intelligence models and may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated — including regulatory citations and references. Verify them against the official regulatory text or with a qualified professional before making compliance, legal, or financial decisions.
Following Confluir's guidance does not guarantee outcomes in examinations, audits, or dealings with regulators. Regulators evaluate each institution under their own criteria and circumstances.
Do not enter sensitive personal data, your institution's confidential information, or real customer data into the chat; work through cases in the abstract.
5. Pricing and billing
Subscription plans: Pro USD $19/month or $190/year; Premium USD $49/month or $490/year (the annual plan works out to about 2 months free). One-time services: officer consultation USD $50; advanced certification USD $99; downloadable templates and resources, at the price shown on their page in the Academy. B2B services are quoted case by case.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Prices may change; changes to an active subscription are announced in advance and apply at the next renewal.
Prices are in USD and payments are processed through Stripe; Confluir does not store your full card details. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion and fees, and applicable taxes for your jurisdiction are shown at checkout.
6. Free trial and usage limits
The Free plan works as a 7-day free trial with limited chat access. When it ends, access becomes read-only unless you activate a paid plan. One trial per person; abuse through multiple accounts may result in suspension.
To control AI costs and ensure availability, daily and monthly usage limits apply per plan; daily limits reset each day (00:00 UTC) and monthly limits on the 1st. Current limits are shown on the pricing page and may be adjusted. When your deep-analysis quota is spent, you may choose to continue in fast mode. All access is subject to reasonable, good-faith use: no automation or scraping, no reselling the service, and no shared accounts.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account, at /account/cancel. You keep access through the end of the period already paid, with no further renewals. Before you confirm we will offer alternatives — a 30-day pause or a reduced plan — optional, and each usable once.
Refunds: subscription periods already paid are not refunded pro rata. Officer consultations that nobody takes are refunded automatically. Downloadable templates and resources and the advanced certification are one-time digital content: by purchasing them you accept immediate delivery and that, once the template is downloaded, or any course of the certification opened or its exam started, they are non-refundable. A duplicate charge or a failed download is fixed by writing to us.
Nothing above limits the non-waivable rights consumer law grants you in your jurisdiction.
8. Community and member directory
Appearing in the member directory requires your explicit consent (opt-in); without it you are not listed or discoverable. When you opt in, other members can see your name, title, bio, areas of expertise, industry and region, self-declared certifications, and your reputation on the platform.
You can leave the directory or set your profile to private at any time. Profile certifications are declared by each member and are not verified by Confluir; reputation derives from real activity on the platform and is not an endorsement or professional certification. Joining the community does not de-anonymize your officer consultations, which remain anonymous.
9. Confidentiality and data handling
The content of your consultations is treated as confidential and used only to serve them and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
To operate the service we use providers such as Anthropic (AI response generation), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Neon (database), which process data in the U.S.
Remember: the right channel for cases involving customer data is your institution's internal system, not this platform.
